At Honest Form Studio, we are committed to ensuring that your fine art prints and other physical products are carefully packaged, promptly shipped, and arrive in excellent condition.

 

1. Processing Time

  • Orders for fine art prints and products are typically processed within 7–10 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom orders or specialty items may require additional processing time. Any delays will be communicated directly to you.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery will be provided at checkout.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Free or discounted shipping may be offered during promotions or for select orders.

 

4. Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping may be available upon request. Please note: additional fees, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Packaging & Handling

  • All artwork is handled with care and packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Large prints may be shipped in protective tubes, while framed or mounted prints will be packaged in reinforced boxes.

 

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Honest Form Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace or refund the item.

  • Lost or missing packages must be reported to the carrier first. We will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales of fine art prints are considered final due to the custom nature of each order.

  • Refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
